If you have never had your carpets professionally cleaned before here is what to expect.

(1) All small items of furniture, knick knacks etc should be moved if possible prior to our arrival .

We can help with larger items, where moving furniture is not possible it can be worked around.

(2) All areas to be cleaned are thoroughly vacuumed if required.

(3) Any spots or stains are treated at this stage, the chemicals used will vary depending on stain and carpet type.

(4) Carpet is sprayed with a prespray (again this will depend on carpet type).

Prespray is worked into high traffic areas, then left for 10 min to break down soiling.

(5) Carpet is now ready for cleaning, if necessary a second application of stain remover is applied ,

then extraction rinsed using powerful hot water extraction equipment.

(6) If anti stain treatment is requested this will be applied after cleaning to damp clean carpet.

And finally....

Your furniture will be returned to original positions, with protectors place under the legs to prevent damage to your carpet whilst drying.

**Polypropylene carpet will be dry within 1 to 2 hours. Wool carpet will take between 2 to 4 hours.

Drying times can vary as its dependant on how dirty the carpet is and how much solution is used.

Drying time can be reduced by leaving doors and windows open to increase air flow.
