The The Approved Carpet Cleaners Association

If you need a gas engineer, would you employ any Tom Dick or Harry to install your gas boiler?
No of course not..... you would look for one that is corgi registered hopefully.
If you are looking for a professional carpet cleaner, there is a new organisation called TACCA about to  be launched.
The aim of TACCA is to ensure that you the customer get a quality service from a quality carpet cleaner, one that is fully trained and competent to deal with your carpet cleaning needs and has the experience and equipment to do the job right  1st time every time, one that has the knowledge to be able to deal with all types of carpets and the many different cleaning methods available using the best cleaning products for the job.
Every member of TACCA has to meet a set of requirements before they are accepted and you the customer will be invited to give your feedback on the service you receive.
The aim ... to ensure that each and every customer is treated with the respect they deserve from a qualified professional at an affordable price.
Your home and its contents are very important to you and therefore are important to us.
